Professional Development for Emerging Artists

Pax Christi Chorale is committed to developing aspiring choral leaders. The Choral Scholar program provides young singers and conductors professional training in choral performance and musical leadership. While refining vocal production, language skills, conducting technique and rehearsal strategies, emerging artists learn to lead and encourage others in their musical development. Opportunities for administrative experience in industry-related areas complement the performance and leadership training. Emerging artists are paid positions in recognition of their contributions to Pax Christi Chorale’s choral culture and product.

We encourage young artists to contact Associate Conductor Daniel Norman for more information about the program and to arrange an audition.
