Join members of Pax Christi Chorale and the Gallery Choir of the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene for our second annual “The Children’s Messiah” concert, designed especially for the younger crowd. We encourage you to bring children to hear Messiah in all its glory in this casual setting.

Pax Christi Youth Choir
The Pax Christi Youth Choir was formed at the beginning of the 2009-2010 concert season. The choir comprises youth between the ages of 13 and 21 and is led by well-known, highly respected music educator Lynn Janes, current Head of Music at Havergal College, former conductor of the Toronto Mendelssohn Youth Choir (TMYC), and former music teacher at Earl Haig Secondary School. Auditions for Pax Christi Youth Choir will be held in early September for the coming season. Auditions
Each year, Pax Christi Chorale accepts a number of aspiring singers and students to its Choral Scholars program, in addition to auditioning new members to sing in Pax Christi Chorale and Chamber Choir. Auditions will be held in early September for the coming season.
